How to Price Match

Follow the simple steps below to price match an item in one of our stores, by phone, or via email. You can request a price match before or after your purchase.

For online or store purchases, visit any Bed Bath & Beyond store and present the qualifying competitor’s ad or website to any associate. If you want to price match an item you have already purchased in store or online, please bring your receipt, invoice, or shipping confirmation.

For your online order, call 1-800-GO-BEYOND (1-800-462-3966) and direct one of our Customer Service Representatives to the qualifying competitor’s ad or website. For previous online purchases, please have your receipt, invoice, or shipping confirmation handy when you call. You can also email us at customer.service@bedbath.ca.

Coupons Or Price Match - Whichever is Best

The goal of our price matching is to ensure that our customers get the best price available. If you are shopping with a Bed Bath & Beyond coupon and also looking for a price match, we will apply the price match OR the coupon — whichever provides the best price.

Price Match Promise Conditions

We will match prices from our local retail competitors (including their online prices) and from major online retailers (Prices are not matched for marketplace sellers). Bed Bath & Beyond will follow any limitations and exclusions set by the competitor.

The item must be identical (brand, size, model number, model year and color) and be “first quality.” Bed Bath & Beyond does not match prices on refurbished items or factory seconds. The item must be in stock at the competitor.

Bed Bath & Beyond does not match prices on clearance items, closeouts, liquidation sales or pricing errors. Prices will not be matched for items promoted with any language similar to "limited time," "limited quantity," "while supplies last."

Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to limit quantities on a price match.

We will match bedbathandbeyond.ca prices in any of our stores, upon request. All price match conditions apply.

The goal of our price matching is to ensure that our customers get the best price available. If you are shopping with a coupon and also looking for a price match, we will apply the price match OR the coupon — whichever provides the best price.

We will accept a manufacturer’s coupon with a price match in-store. However, any coupon that is issued from a retailer or brand that also has retail stores may not be used as it is considered a competitor’s coupon, not a manufacturer’s coupon.

Bed Bath & Beyond will match any advertised price that meets our Price Match Promise conditions up to 14 days after purchase, in-store or online. We will also match our prices up to 14 days after purchase. Clearance and seasonal items are not eligible for price adjustments.

We will apply your coupon to a previous purchase up to 14 days after purchase, in-store or online, upon request. Some exclusions apply and only coupon eligible items will be credited.
