I purchased the 7 piece pro set and it arrived within a few days. I am very happy with the knives but not entirely impressed by the sharpening steel. Will give it another try, but I may need to look for a better option for sharpening.

This sharpening steel was made with the Twin 1731 series of knives in mind. Not only does the gorgeous ebony handle match the knives perfectly but the steel rod is capable of aligning the super hard Cronidur 30 steel that the knives are made from.
