[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this grill pan! I live in an apartment where no grilling is allowed, so I wanted to try this pan out instead of a fry pan like we usually use. This allows the meat to taste soooo much better!! I was nervous at first with the handle if it would be hot to the touch while in use, but the handle was actually cool the whole time. We’ve only used this once so far, but it is going to get plenty of use the next several years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe how great this pan is. I've owned a cast iron grill pan and this blow it out of the water. Nice even heat, no sticking whatsoever and best of all EASY CLEAN UP.

I am very pleased with this grill. The lightweight aluminum construction makes it so easy to use and not heavy at all. It heats very evenly and quickly. I love that the handle stays cool to the touch on the stovetop. The high sides keep my cooking neat and clean. The nonstick coating is great. I get great browning and it is so easy to clean.

We love using this grill pans for paninis, grilled cheese, veggies and also for summer fruits to serve with ice-cream! They come out perfectly! The anodized aluminum is non-stick, so easy to clean and has a stay cook handle, so no using mitts! An easy way to grill indoors on rainy or cold days, and get almost the same effect.

Motion anodized aluminum cookware is popular for many reasons. The surface is nonstick, scratch resistant and east to clean. The handles are stay cool due to the "v" where they attach to the vessel which allows the heat to disperse before traveling up the handle. This square grill pan will provide you with those beautiful grill marks on meats and vegetables and clean up much easier than alternative grill pans.

Grilling makes so many foods taste better and I'm not just talking about hamburgers. This is awesome for grilling vegetables and fruit. One of my favorite is grilled peaches! The grill lines add incredible flavor and bring out the juices. This grill pan has a thick aluminum construction that heats up quickly and is light weight to handle. The handle has a V-shaped design that keeps it from getting hot. The non stick coating is awesome; baked on in three layers, it's incredibly durable.

I like the size of this grill pan and how easily it cleans up! The nonstick coating works well and I usually just wipe it clean with a soft spounge.
