We bought this set a month ago. We're extremely pleased! It's well-made, solid (not light weight), interior ceramic coating performs very well, lids fit well, and keeps it bright shine. It works very well on our induction cooktop. We've been telling our family and friends about this set. Much better than our previous Unison set. (We are actual customers!).

This is a beautiful set of stainless steel pan, at least until the first use. After that they are discolored and difficult to clean. Granted, I have never used or owned stainless before so was unprepared for the issues of stainless. The sales associate raved about them and their ability to heat evenly. Who knew you couldn't turn the heat above medium with out giving them a rainbow hue? And as for cleaning...well if it is greasy forget it. I have soaked for hours and overnight and was still unable to get the browning of the grease off, especially the edges. I believe I need to get some Barkeepers Friend cleanser, that is supposed to help. But these issues would have been nice to know beforehand. The Zwilling non-stick pans have been performing great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for cooking a family size dinner chicken breasts, already oiled and seasoned. On high heat for 3 minutes each side and then in oven at 400 for 6 minutes. Take out and back on the stove mid heat butter and lemon juice added. Add melted butter on the chicken and then plate. Wait for 5 minutes and serve. The pan handles the quantity well. Not too heavy and washes with great ease. Fantastic product.
