This is an amazing product. The pitcher itself is easy to use and has two options for dispensing. It comes with a tester that you can use to test water anywhere for level of impurities. I've been testing water everywhere...home tap, work tap, work water they bring in, bottled water, friend's houses and even when traveling. We all need to pay attention to our water and give ourselves the cleanest possible whenever possible.
I switched from my Maeva pitcher because the indicator in the lid stopped working (after two years) and their filters were becoming more difficult to find. The Zero Water is less satisfactory on 3 levels: 1) the filters are huge & heavy; 2) the indicator is not built in, you have to remove it and immerse it in the filtered water to get a reading (thus easy to lose); 3) you have to take the whole lid off to refill, no opening like the Maeva. I’m trusting the water I drink from it is filtered, like any other pitcher, and will have to use it a while before I know if the additional inconvenience is worth it to stay with this system or switch again.

Obsessed with the TDS reader and how easy the filter is to use. Water has never tasted crisper or cleaner. I can definitely taste the difference and I love that you can actual test the water and see the results for yourself.

We ordered our first 12 cup ready pour pitcher and after one day, the Fossett stopped working. So we asked for a new one and they shipped us a new one for free however, with this one the faucet won’t work at all. It seems they have a design flaw with these pitchers. Disappointed!

The tap at the bottom of the container was never water tight, we used the pitcher over the sink for a few days, waking up to an empty pitcher each morning. Now the tiny spring keeping the flimsy washer sort of sealed and allowing it to slowly drip is not even coming shut anymore so the water litterally flows out of there. If the engineers who designed this are reading this: you either use a real valve or faucet, or you don't have an open hole at the bottom of a container that's supposed to be full of water. They must have known this so my only explanation for this design is they wanted it to stay dry on the inside to avoid it getting wet, which it does wonderfully.

I usually don't believe commercials, but to me, it was worth the money to try it for myself. It is truly AWESOME. (I have untreated well water.) My coffee tastes better, my food tastes better, and just a cold glass of water is once again refreshing. Best buy I made in years.

Love it! When I pour water into it, it takes a little over 1 1/2 times what my previous pitcher took, which is great since I'm trying to drink 64-80 ounces a day! I thought the heavier weight (more water) might be a problem but it is not. The lid is also improved.

So far so good! We're using the 12 cup pitcher for myself and my kidney disease cat. He needs the cleanest water with least impurities and I need something to clean the water before drinking since we live in our RV.
