Purchased this particular one wanting to cann in it. Followed the "limited" directions n it burnt the food. Tried again witj half pot of water n it too was gone. Such a waste of money and time. Will be returning it. Sadly disappointed

The recipe I picked was Beer Braised Cabbage. I followed the instructions step by step. It was so simple to use and not scary like I thought! The cabbage came out so tender and literally took 5 mins to braise. I can't wait to try other recipes! I definitely recommend this pressure cooker!

One of the things I really like is how the lid doesn’t have to be aligned in any certain position. That’s one of the things I dislike about my current pressure cooker. The handles, although they’re short, they’re very strong and sturdy. The EZ lock feature is nice too because it’s safer and I don’t have to worry about locking the lid-it does it itself. I made some chicken chuck roast and the meat was so tender. It’s so convenient and great for quick meals.
