The springform pan is great. BUT you forgot to make a note on the label that you need to lower the oven temperature by 25 degrees and continue the other time guidelines recommended by the recipe. My Cheesecake that I cooked on Thanksgiving Day was burned on the outside. Needless to say, I had to hardly make another one (luckily I had the ingredients on hand.) to make another one which saved the day.Those of us infrequent users of darker pans would appreciate this friendly reminder.
This item arrived today very very damaged. Very disappointed but now I have to send it back and wait for a new one to arrive.why do I have to send it back when clearly it is not repairable??? Why can’t you simply send me a new one??

I wanted a spring form pan to use for some casseroles. I drained all my meats and stock to put into this pan to make a nice form casserole; I went to put on the oven and my counter was filled with remaining juices. I did it both ways and even just put water into it and it came through. Very disappointed.

Nice - other than using it for cake batter (it leaked in my oven). Thought I had the removable bottom in upside down but, it leaked when I put it in the opposite way. That's another thing...the pan does not indicate which way to put in the removable bottom. I've been looking at pictures to see which way is correct. Next time I go to BB&B I'll look at a new pan to see. For graham cracker, etc., crusts this pan works well.
