In the past I used aluminum pans, and my cakes always came out lopsided. I thought it was my oven. I was surprised that with my first use of the Wilton pans, the cakes baked evenly. Also, the handles were perfect for removing the cakes from the oven without the oven pad touching the finished cake. After 10 minutes cooling, the cake released from the pan easily. Mission accomplished.
I purchased a couple of Wilton sheet pans and cake pans a couple of years back. After 2-3 uses the nonstick coating peeled off. I've never had nonstick coatings peel off of any cookware I've ever owned in 40 years. Based on this I couldn't trust that the coating wouldn't stick to the food in any future cooking using the other Wilton pans so I pulled all of them out of the cabinet and put in the trash. I've never purchased Wilton products since.

Like the pans, still greased although said "non stick" Over the years with "non stick" anything, if I do not grease they stick so take no chances All baked goods have slid right out

These are good heavy-duty pans. Wonderful non stick pans easy clean up on them too. Very glad I bought these!!

when it says non stick, believe it. I purchased only one, but should have purchased more. love this pan and highly recommend
