The head shower it's broken with the pressure water, then it's impossible replacement the front for the system thread and

I purchased a new one in Jan. 2021. This week it has started leaking really hard by where you turn it to adjust the spray. My old one lasted for almost twenty years. It finally wouldn't hold up any longer as the flexible arm was broken.

I’m 5’10” and the wall mount in my shower is 6’ high. It’s a small shower, so to get under the original shower head I have to bend my knees. I found this and it’s awesome. I can position it nice and high so I can stand right underneath it. I like a strong water spray, and it has a really good one. This is perfect for taller people, and those that like different types of shower sprays. Good quality shower head. Highly recommend this product

I have a small shower. The old head pointed in a fixed direction. The flex hose allows me to raise the height of the spray and rain straight down. No splash, no mess.

Great addition to our shower. Good wash down with ability to keep hair dry when desired

Replaced an older model flex hose shower head with this one. The hose on this new one is not strong enough to hold spray head where I need it. When I get it in place and turn loose, the head drops about three inches mis-directing the water spray. If I didn't have a handicapped bar to hold on to, I couldn't bend back far enough to rinse the shampoo from my hair. I do however enjoy the spray head! It is strong and felt good while I shower.

Its’s fine, except I forgot I wanted to be able to take it off to spray around. Wish it had a second removable spray head.
