I bought this glass to replace the one I broke

I was so excited to see my crystal pattern available at Bed, Bath, and Beyond! We ordered some replacements needed since our wedding in 1975!

Received as a gift more than 30 years ago a set of four. I had one left and decided to replace the set. They do last a long time. Drinking from these glasses makes me enjoy my beverage more.

I ordered two 4 oz clarets to complete a set of 6. They were marked "Slovenia". The bases are not identical to the rest of my set! They are thicker and the cuts in the bases are slughtly modified for the thicker glass. I was very surprised. Otherwise, they look similar. Obviously the change of manufacturing facilities has led to some modification of the original design. They now seem of lessor quality, which is disappointing.

Lourdes, sales manager at Mtn. View store, went above and beyond what could be expected in terms of providing answers to questions and ordering the correct product. The crystal stemware, estimated to arrive in 6 - 8 weeks, arrived in only a few days. Yay! Excellent service. Am very pleased. Thank you.
