I read other reviews on here saying their comforter was wrinkled. I fortunately did not have that problem. They had it in stock and I was able to purchase it in the store. Maybe if yours has been sitting in a warehouse it could be wrinkled from moisture in the air of the warehouse. My comforter was very full and fluffy, almost like a goose down comforter. Very luxurious. It's great for a cold winter season for you to snuggle into. The color is a little pailer in person than it shows online, but is still a very pretty soft blue. Over all I'm very happy with my comforter.

Poor quality a very light weight for the price.

I purchased this comforter in August. It was beautiful and just the right weight. It is wrinkley, but it is part of the look. I purchased this because it said machine washable. I took it to the laundry mat in late December. I used a commercial front loading washer and chose cold water gentle cycle. When the comforter came out, it was lumpy. Even after drying, the stuffing has stayed lumped up. Very disappointed! The comforter even seems to be shorter on the bed. The quantity is not what I expected. My last comforter lasted 10 years with multiple washings. I'm not sure what I should do with it now.

I was so excited they day it came, it looks gorgeous and then I immediately put it in the washer and it didn’t wash well. It’s now a lumpy wrinkled mess. Went from loving it to regretting it with 4 hours! I don’t think I can return a washed wrinkled mess!

I’m disappointed in this comforter. It is beautiful in person, but it does not wash well. Perhaps I didn’t read the washing instructions, but it BARELY fit in my washer (size queen) and when it was dried it was SO WRINKLED! It also developed a lump in the stuffing after the very first wash. I suppose if you have it dry cleaned it would be ok. The top material is also a bit rough. The underside is soft.
