So I was skeptical at first, but the whole pitcher in the refrigerator taking up room wasn’t appealing and so we gave this a go. It’s been about 2 + weeks and I can confidentiality say this is worth the cost and is very simple to use and set up! No complaints, water taste good, definitely gets rid of any chlorine taste, it’s chilled, and best of all, EVERYONE is drinking so much more water! It’s so weird, but having it makes everyone (home of 6 people) stay hydrated. The hardest thing about having this, is reminding everyone to refill the reservoir! I’m going to get the replacement filters and keep this going. Highly recommended. * it took a few days for the cleaned but definite‘plastic’ odor/taste to subside, but since then only taste clean and clear H2O. Much like an Aquafina bottled water or similar. I prefer those fancy artisan waters, but this is a great alternative to other at home options!

I thought this was a good deal until I found algae in the bottom of the filtered water tank!! I bought it 3 months ago and just missed the return window. What a waste of $$$

I bought this unit about three weeks ago, after I decided to cancel my water service. I was just looking for a countertop cold water dispenser. The fact that this unit came with a filter was a plus! It was easy to put together right out of the box. I fill the unit with tap water, let it go through the filtration system, and the water comes out fresh with no after taste. The water stays surprisingly cold at all times. Everyone at the office loves it!!

The VitaFilta water filter is easy to use, looks nice and does not take up space, but it does not filter out the chemical taste in the water so I hope to be able to return it.

I purchased this because I was running out of water weekly. I started working out and was drinking a lot of water and I got tired of having to buy water and dispose of the gallon water bottles. This came in handy. But I took off 1 start because I like my water very cold and this only cools the water to maybe 40 degrees. That's not cold enough for me. For others that may be perfect. Nice size and it does not take up a lot of space on my counter.

I love this thing! It not only filters the water but it also keeps it cold. The tank is large so you don't have to be constantly refilling it. And it is quiet. It replaced a gallon machine that filtered but not cooled and was very loud. I couldn't be happier.

I replaced another brand with this water filter. It keeps the water cold, it's easy to fill, much unlike the other one. Besides all that it holds a lot of water so you don't have to fill it each time you fill a pitcher, etc. The lowest water temp is 40 degrees. If you take a large amount out it will take a few minutes to cool back down. Love it!
