[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This VASTA sheet slicer is a really great way for fruits/vegetables to seem more "interesting" and use them in different ways. It definitely takes some getting used to in order to use it and get a nice long sheet for pasta and such.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not have any success using the Vasta Sheet Slicer. I found it difficult to use. After several failed attempts at making a nice sheet, I gave up. I ended up with a shredded pile of zucchini. Perhaps I did something wrong so I am still giving it 2 stars. I wouldn’t really recommend this.

I gave it three stars because I really love this idea and if I could have gotten it to work for me I would have gladly given it five stars. I intend to continue to try to master this sheet slicer it is very possible it is me that is not doing something right. To be continued.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not the most user friendly tool in the world, that is for sure. There is definitely an art to it and the vegetables have to be in almost pristine and perfect shape but once you get the hang of it it's definitely easier. I love the concept and really looked forward to being able to eat healthier. I won't be able to use it as much as I anticipated as it is a bit more time consuming than I wish to spend.

I love making pasta from zucchini and I’ve found fun deserts to make with apples. It helps me sneak veggies into my kids diets in a fun way. I can wait to find new ways to test it out.
