I bought these pans because they were made in the USA. They are the best pans I’ve ever used. I’ve been cooking and baking for Almost 50 years. These pans are heavy duty, will not warp at high temps and easy to clean - nothing sticks! I would highly recommend!

I've been baking homemade pizzas for over 40 years and this pan ranks the worst. I like stones but they are heavy and need an hour pre-heat. I read the rave reviews and the only thing accurate was the non-stick feature, but as for giving you a crispy crust..... epic fail. The top was browned before the crust was done giving you a limp doughy crust. I beleive it's due to the construction of the pan which appears to be two layers, creating an air space which insulates.
