USA Pan Baking 2-Piece Pan/Rack Set

The pan is nice and heavy. I wanted Stainless Steel not the Aluminum mixture that it is. I returned it. It is good for baking but wanted it for roasting—- but not Aluminum

This seems to be a high quality, heavy weight baking pan.

I shop at the Downers Grove, Illinois store and have been shopping there for years. The inventory in the store is very thin and made up of lower quality (cheaper) items. The casual dinnerware section is so low on quality items that I just walked out. You are selling Noritake Colorware dinnerware that was popular ten years ago. It looks like old stock you are peddling instead of updated merchandise. On the linens front, the Wamsutta wrinkle free sheets seem to have disappeared. The bake ware items were not very numerous. I was looking for a stand alone roasting rack and had to buy a baking tray with rack instead. I will use it, but it just showed me what you don’t have as opposed to what you do have. I am very disappointed at the store’s direction; i.e. offering cheaper and inferior merchandise. I might as well go to Wal-Mart.

Grease that comes from the meat during baking drips down to the pan. For instance, baking bacon really works well. The crispy bacon can be put right in a salad without wringing the grease out first.

The sheet pan warped really badly the second time I used it. Not worth the purchase.

Really enjoy using this new pan with rack, to bake bacon in the oven! No hot, burning splatters. Bacon cooks evenly. I will never fry bacon in a pan anymore!
