It broke less than 2 months, does not support heavy stuff is for people who use just a small shampoo and conditioner. Well guess what, those people don’t need storage or spend this much money on this kind of stuff

Had trouble installing it so it would stay up. The suction cups didn't adhere to our type of shower tiles. It's important to position the rod slightly higher on one end (longer), force it into position, and them twist the ends sections to further secure the rod. Before I learned that, it would drop with weight.

It is not sticking well to our shower walls. They were brand new too. I have abandoned the use. Generally love UMBra quality and style but function lacking on this one.

I was really searching for a shower rack that I wouldn’t have to screw into the wall and all of the other shower rods that supposedly fit flush without sliding did not have great reviews. I think this rod is supposed to be for storage but I use mine for my shower curtain. This rod is so sturdy. Once you measure the width of your wall and you tighten the rod the vacuum seal keeps in flush in place. It’s sleek and sturdy. I definitely recommend.

It was very easy to put together and has stayed put! I don't have anything too heavy on the shelf but seems sturdy enough for a few large bottles of shampoo etc as it has addition suction cups hidden behind. Overall, very pleased with it and would recommend.

I just installed it over my tube. Looks sturdy and secure, hope stays that way :O) My first suggestion is on the mesh pouch. I need it occasionally. I wish it could be added/fastened with Velcro, hook, ring or something like these. Right now, to add or remove the pouch, I need to open the rod and remove the suction cup. So before installing it, I needed to decide if i wanted the pouch or not. my second suggestion is to be able to purchase extra hooks or shelf.
