[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This automatic soap dispenser was exactlywhat I was looking for. I have used it for a few weeks now and it work perfectly. You just insert four AAA batteries and add soap and that it. It does not have a dispensing adjustment but the amount is good enough to wash your hands. The sensor works great every time. The dispenser looks good in my kitchen but I would have preferred the stainless steel look over the black. I plan to buy another for my restroom. Overall I am really happy with this item and highly recommend. Specially is you have kids, it eliminates the mess and excessive consumption of soap.
Bought this 3 days ago. Worked twice....THEN STOPPED.....Looked Good !!! Operated twice....Served a need.... Diluted the Soap in case it might be too thick as instructions said...Switch on cover works....KAPUT

We've had our Umbra soap dispenser for 2 years. It was working great for the first year, then it stopped dispensing soap. We called customer service, who was friendly and helpful, and got the steps to clean it out. Now it's been another year and it started happening again. We followed the same steps to clean it out, and it still won't work. We don't want to keep dealing with this, so we're finding a new one

We are washing our hands multiple times a day. This dispenser sits at the kitchen sink and makes it easier to do a good job. It is the second one we own, and I must say the amount of soap dispensed is a bit less than the original. However, it still achieves the purpose of neatly dispensing soap.

Chosen for the kitchen but did not function at all. Great idea and we have an earlier version of Otto that is excellent but this one disappointed.
