I like the frame itself but I thought the little knob it hangs on came with it but it didn't so I knocked off one star as I am having trouble finding a similar knob that gives the same look.

It was almost as if the glass had been glued to the frame, but broke down and left debris. Also, the size seemed a bitter bigger than advertised.

Cons: The glass was really badly stained with glue for all 3 pieces I ordered (I managed to remove most of it with a knife, but it was quite the task). One of the 3 frames was damaged in some places. All knobs came broken (due to the poor knob packaging). I had none of the problems with the natural wood ones. Pros: They are very pretty. The glass was not broken, although the shipping distance was quite long. Free and reasonably fast shipping.

this frame is so unique! makes it easy to hang in portrait or landscape mode just by pulling the rope. so freaking cool!

Super cute frames! Love how versatile they are. Came very well packaged. However... I bought 3 and the rope lengths differ :/ I expected better quality for the price.

good product but did not like the hanging cord which I cut out and attached plates so as to screw the frame to a wall. In previous years the frame did not have the cord and had instead strategically placed "hooks" which could hang from a picture hook and were invisible once hung. To me this arrangement was better
