Super soft!!
I currently have a Hotel Collection side sleeper pillow but it was seriously overdue to be replaced. These UGG pillows are super soft. I ended up putting 1 in front of the other and you literally feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. It's so soft and comforting. I love it!!

not a good nights sleep
Bought this online and tried it out because of all the good reviews. Well for me it was absolutely not what it said . It was hard and I felt I was sleeping with my head tilted so far up it kept me awake all night. Returned it immediately to BBB. I thought because it was UGGS I would love it like I like all their boots, but alas I think they should stick to what they know and not put their name on something that does not meet the UGGS reputation.

Amazing pillows, best I have ever purchased. Won’t ever change again.
The Best!
This is the best pillow I have found in a very long time. It's soft and comfortable especially because I am a side sleeper. I loved it so much I went back and got another one and now I am going to get 2 more. The quality of this pillow is good too!!
The reviews got me hyped but...
I had my heart set that this pillow will help with my neck and shoulder pain. The + reviews got my hopes up. Unfortunately, it's not as fluffy and as supportive as I hoped it would be. It's uncomfortable to sleep with sideways. The name "Side Sleeper Bed Pillow" is definitely not accurate. If you're a stomach sleeper, this might be the pillow for you. Returning it completely unsatisfied.
Absolutely perfect for me!
I’m a side sleeper and like my pillows to be softer and more on the “flat” side. I have gone through so many pillows and this one was absolutely perfect for me! I also like that whatever the filling is can easily be moved and stays somewhat in place, so I can build up the areas I want more elevated and/or make other areas flatter and less elevated. This is hands down, the best pillow I have ever slept on. No more neck/shoulder pain. Quality pillow, stood up very well for the last 6 months I’ve been using it and still going strong! Well worth the investment!
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Since when does 'side sleeper pillow' equal ABSOLUTELY FLAT!? I have gotten way better pillows for a lot less. There is absolutely no support whatsoever! These are going back to the store!
Love love love the UGG pillow!! The perfect size. I no longer have neck pain when I wake up. I have tried the memory foam and My pillow these would still leave my neck sore. Great price and the best pillow I have ever slept on.
Described as a medium soft pillow but is really more soft almost like a down pillow.
Not washable
I bought this when I heard a customer and sales person talking about it and both raving about what a wonderful pillow it was. When I got it home and before even trying it, it occurred to me to check the washing instructions. Thank God I did. It is spot clean only. You absolutely have to be able to wash a pillow or if it’s down, have it professionally cleaned. Dust mites are a real thing and a pillow absolutely must be washed. Back to the store it went.
