Put out a lot of powerful steam, leaves my wooden floor squeaky clean! The detachable water tank with the hard water filter is a big plus as well
Before I ordered this product I read reviews and noted most were good with the occasional warning that they were shipped a used mop, evidenced by water in tank.... well, I was shipped that used, water In the tank, mop! I went through the hassle of returning it and reordering thinking it couldn’t happen again! Yup, got another one with water in the tank... I was so disgusted and vow to never order anything from Bed, Bath & Beyong again... don’t they check their returned merchandise before shipping it out again?!!! I decided to try the mop the second time even though it went against my better judgment in these times of intense paranoia about germs, but it actually worked ok so I kept it more to avoid the hassle all over again! If you see this in the store, check the box before purchasing....

My new product did not work and was asked to send a mail to the support team.. been 3 days and still no response. Looks like I will end up returning it.. the service seems horrible with no response

A new product and it does not work. Kept it on for 15 mins with water filled and still no steam. Disappointed

Plus side very light weight - But not heavy duty in my opinion

Don’t get this mop it breaks easily.

This product is terrible. DO NOT BUY. It is not even made properly so that you can assemble. STAY AWAY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use on my mother in law's tile floors . It's lightweight, easy to use . I had to go over her floors couple times but not cause the machine . I used it on my floors & only needed to go over my floors one time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it several times and it is the best, it leaves my floor very clean and it looks excellent on the wood, the only thing that I do not like is that it leaves the floor very wet and you need to pass the dry steam to make it perfect. But favorable results.
