When I ordered this pan, I did not know it was flexible. It does say "silicone" but I guess I thought it was silicone covered. Being a flexible pan, it's a bit tricky removing pan from oven without disturbing the food inside. I'll give it 3 stars because if people know they're getting and wanting a flexible pan, this pan is fine. I just thought I was getting a stable metal pan.
No need to prep! Nonstick cookware that works beautifully. Everything from brownies to casseroles practically fall out. Since it is silicone, it's VERY flexible so two hands are needed to move in and out of oven.
The silicone baking pan I ordered on line was a complete surprise... The pan is great!! Cooks perfectly, cleans easily and stores in cupboard conveniently. I highly recommend this product !!

I have been slowly replacing my older Teflon pans with silicon and bought this pan, 2 regular muffin tins and one mini muffin tin by the same manufacturer. The metal inserts in the handles make a world of difference getting them in and out of the oven. Popping muffins out and clean up are a breeze.

My baked goods easily come out even without greasing the pan. Since we are following an oil free diet, this silicone pan is a great item in my Whole Foods, plant -based way of eating.
