Love this pillow and recommend for side sleepers. I knocked it down a star because my last one did not last as long as the previous one. The original firmness and height of the pillow does break down over time. Since normal people use their pillow every night I think it’s safe to say that it doesn’t do what it’s marketed to do which is to not go flat. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a great pillow! It gives my head just the right amount of support and I’m purchasing my third one because it really is the perfect pillow.
This pillow was falsely advertised because it definitely goes flat and is uncomfortable.

At first, this pillow was very comfortable, but within a few months, it became soft and has lost its firmness. It is no longer comfortable and I would not recommend it.
Purchasing these pillows was a mistake. Initially comfortable, the pillow soon disappointed. The ad copy is largely "fluff".... though the pillow is disappointedly short of it. These will be returned. Though substitutes for down-filled pillows could exist, they aren't found here.
This is by far the best side sleeper pillow I have ever bought. I don’t have to fluff it in the middle of the night, it stays firm like a side sleeper pillow should.
I've had a lot of trouble trying to find a good pillow that works for me. This side Sleeper is not too bad.
This pillow is very thick, very firm, and very lumpy. I’ve had better $5 pillows
I purchased the pillow for the side sleeper. The design did not work as hoped.
I’m super happy with my new pillow! I’ve tried a lot of different ones so I know the difference regarding other pillows. I’m sleeping like a baby! Good quality pillow!!
I have tried many pillows but this one has them all beat. It is so comfortable.
