From Carpal Tunnel in both wrists & EMG tests on both hands, arms & neck, tests showed I have nerve damage in my neck.Very painful! I tried all types of pillow’s, no help! After I got this pillow @ Bed Bath & Beyond, my pain is gone, I can sleep the whole night. My neck & shoulders are supported. I feel & sleep so much better. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT.
The pillows nice but it seems a little too full for me to use unless I'm sitting up and traveling. I was looking for something versatile that I could use as a neck pillow in bed when I sleep on my back. This has good density and comfort and would be great for that except it is a little too large in circumference and the arms are a little long and tight for me.

The first time the pillow case was washed, the zipper broke. I will now have to try and order a replacement pillow case for the pillow
