I could tell before I took it out of the package it was soft and flat. Tried it the first night and you might as well not use a pillow. Back it goes. I can't find good substitute for the old wamsutta extra firm pillows. :(

I was able to use this pillow the very first night and it has worked every night. I was having neck problems but this pillow has solved this.

Pillow was for my spouse and he said it could be a little bit more firm. All in all he is happy with it.

I've spent a lot of money trying to find the perfect pillow over the last few decades. None of them allowed me to get a good night's rest.....until now. I purchased this without any expectations because I'd been disappointed so many times before. Previous pillows were either too soft, offering no support, or too firm. This pillow, however, is the goldilocks of pillows! Just right! I'm a side-sleeper, if that helps anyone else. The price point is amazing as well. Sleeping sooo much better now and have purchased more for the other bedrooms.

Great pillow. As other reviewers have said, it is definitely a "big" pillow, but it does conform to your head without being squished to the mattress.

At last! I have found the bed pillow that I have been searching for quite a while. I suffer with stiff neck pain and since I have used this pillow, no pain. I am a back and side sleeper and the pillow is quite comfortable.
