We live in an RV where space is limited. Our bed is also our couch/lounging area, especially for tv viewing. Our backs were getting uncomfortable leaning against and/or supported by regular pillows so we thought we'd get these bed pillows. These are a bit more costly than others I've seen, but they are better quality. Now I've had bed pillows before and let me tell you, they are not all alike. What I especially like about this bed pillow is the high back that not only supports MY back, but also my neck, head and shoulders. And there is no "indention" of my back on the pillow - these hold their shape. Yet the inside material is not hard but provides a soft comforting support for your upper body. And these stay put, at least on our bed - no moving or slipping around like with lesser quality bed pillows. These are very well made with no fraying seams or misleaders that I can see. I got the grey as that matched our bed linen color scheme and the color is very nice - more like silver than grey in my humble opinion. The fabric has a slight shimmer to it, at least the grey does. The arms are a bit short but that doesn't bother me; they are long enough. Any longer and I think the arm rests would get in the way. The arms do provide balance so the bed pillow will stay upright, so they are basically a design function. The pocket is handy for holding a remote or similar size object. I have no idea why there is a small zipper on the bottom as the cover certainly cannot be removed. If you are worried about staining, just cover the pillow with a throw or something similar. The point is this bed pillow does what a bed pillow should - in style!
