The Hard Water Wand

I have used a pumice stone for the toilet in the past and wanted to try this one. I thought since it had a handle that it would be easier to use. There is no flexibility and it is at such an angle that it is useless. I guess I will go back to the small handheld pumice stone that I have used in the past.

I didn't think finding this product would be that difficult, but that was an incorrect assumption. They weren't in the cleaning supply section, and I had to check the toilet brush section twice before I found them hanging on the endcap. I grabbed one and headed for the front. At the checkout line, there was only one register open and someone was being checked out. However, the customer service counter was open and the employee there called, "I can help the next guest," so I headed over. After scanning my one and only product, the young man helping me asked, "Is this a gift for someone?" I didn't expect that question and stood silent for a few seconds while we just stared at each other. I couldn't help myself; I burst out laughing and said, "I would never, ever think of buying this as a gift for anyone!" He looked like he was a little hurt by my answer, but I couldn't really tell because it was August 2021 and we were both wearing masks because, well, you know. I haven't tried out The Hard Water Wand yet, but some of the other reviews said it worked well so I'm hopeful.

I like the square design. It gives you a sharp edge to clean deep or narrow indents on your toilet bowl. This wand is a large flat with rounded edges. It would work great if your toilet bowl was a shaped like a sink with flat sides and rounded corners/edges

Needs a longer handle. Why don’t these companies make longer handles for these nasty jobs!

It says guaranteed but there is no information in the package as what to do or who to call for the guarantee. Who wants to hold onto an item that was used in a toilet? I still have the package but got rid of the item.

Pretty easy process toget hard water stain out of my toilet.

This product is not worth a second look. Handle is too short and is not contoured to clean a toilet. Beware...scratched my porcelain toilet.

NO STARS ISN'T AN OPTION. Was hoping to replace the small squares that I purchase at a big box store with something stylish and as functional. Love the thought of not having to wear gloves while cleaning the toilet bowl. This item did absolutely nothing for the hard water stains.
