Swiss Diamond makes the BEST cooking utensils. This double burner, non-stick griddle is no exception! Heats evenly & makes cooking for a crowd a delight.

Love cooking with it. Hate that there is no way to hang it for storage

I have only used this griddle a couple of times and I’m very pleased with it. The most important factor is that it has not warped like a similar sized griddle did, the first time I used it, in spite of me setting it on a cold hob and heating up uniformly on medium. Of course the Swiss Diamond pan cost three times the price, but if it continues to perform it is money well spent. Great non-stick surface too. This is my second Swiss Diamond pan, and my first 5 year old pan still performs like new.

This griddle by Swiss Diamond is exactly what I have been looking for for some time. It covers two burners and the entire pan heats up perfectly for whatever needs to be grilled. I make pancakes frequently and now I can put out 6 at a time which makes it easier to feed guests. It is stiff and heavy, does not warp with heating, and cleans easily. I will never touch it with a metal utensil, so, after months of use I predict it will last a long time. To clean, I wipe excess grease out with a paper towel and then it easily cleans with a soapy sponge to look brand new after each use. This is expensive cookware, but in this case, I believe you get what you pay for.

This griddle is also good to use as a baking sheet. It is slightly on the heavy side but that also makes it more durable.
