I had this clock less than a month and it stopped working! Changed the battery thinking that might be it,but soon discovered the hands were loose and just hanging there. Took the whole thing apart to try to fix to no avail. Ended up just throwing the whole thing away since I had already disposed of the box and receipt. Very maddening and frustrating! Do Not Buy,what a waste of money!

Another review with a complaint about the clock hands stop working at the “6” position. If there are so many other complaints with the same exact problem…believe it!!!

Didn’t realize the temperature was stuck at 60F until after 90 days so BB&B wouldn’t let me exchange it. I’m never going back and will be making all future purchases through online retailers since they have better return policies. This place used to be so flexible and now they’re just another brand that will not be around in the future.

I have had this clock for about 6 months and it already died! The hands swing freely! The temperature gauge broke after one month. Waste of money

I bought two of these and in both clocks the hands came loose. We hung them on the walls since we bought them so there should have been no reason for both to be faulty. It’s obvious that these are very cheaply and badly designed. I would not buy this model and would think carefully before buying any sterling clocks.

Picked up the clock yesterday and immediately noticed the hour hand was dangling. Multiple calls to the customer service number during stated business hours went to a FULL voicemail with no ability to leave a message. The clock itself is put together well and is well designed. I had to remove twelve, hard to reach, tiny screws to separate the face from the back. Fixing the problem was simple once I got to it. Looks nice, works well now, but a lot of work to get it to this point.
