Staub 10-Inch Cast Iron Pure Grill

I love that I can use this on my induction stove. It is great. It is well made and works just the way I’d hoped. The variety of colors, adds a splash of color, too. Very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful pan! No pre-seasoning nonsense. As instructed in the care booklet, took it out of the package, rinsed the pan well. Dried with a paper towel and allowed to air dry a couple of hours. Used a touch of oil before grilling steakburgers the day I received the grill pan. Great results. Cooked beautifully. Allowed pan to cool, then soaked with warm water and a bit of dish soap for a few minutes. Clean up was much easier than regular cast iron. So glad I finally bought Staub!

Great value for such great pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There, I said it! I’ve collected and put to high use cocettes and have come to prefer them over anything else. Totally makes cooking more enjoyable! The dark blue is a theme in my kitchen and I love it! Super excited for the grill for when it’s way too windy to grill out, or with snow. I’m going to try spatchcock chicken pretty soon. Great product that is definitely heirloom quality.

I love this grill especially for doing fish or shrimp in the oven. It's the perfect size for meals for two, and it is low profile and easy to store. We ordered matte black and were pleased to find that the bottom is glazed with a pretty smooth teal so this can be used on our induction stovetop without worry of scratching the glass top.
