Love the cooking performance of Staub, especially the fry pan. When my daughter asked for one in white enamel, I was happy to oblige. No matter how frequently she uses this pan, clean up is remarkable.
This fry pan is terrible. It does not cook evenly like most cast iron. The enamel cannot be true enamel because it does not behave like true enamel under heat. I have followed the care instructions and mind you, the rest of my cast iron products do not require this much high maintenance. This is a terrible product and I would not advise anyone who cooks with cast iron often, to waste their money on this brand of product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stays non- stick, the green dot on the handke turns red when it gets hot. Turn it back down when it turns red then cookaway. I cook on a propane stove and I love that the outside is the hard granite finish and not stainless steel or something else.
