The nonstick is wonderful from this pan like all of Starfrit products but the handle in this one gets hot to touch almost drop the pan and could have burned myself. I do not recommend this one get one with a thicker handle.
I tried to buy a decent pan and treated it very nicely (No cold water when it was hot, only plastic utensils, etc.) and it lasted less 10 months negate it started peeling

The reason I bought this pan is becauseI had purchased another very similar with the same coating and the reason I re-purchased another one is it was slippery out of the box and is the longest lasting pan I ever owned, and that’s the key, how long does it last and my red Rock pan is still cooking and its still slippery, so I’m giving it 5 stars based on previous performance of my other pan

My order arrived before the expected date. I have used it almost everyday since I’ve had. The frying pan is amazing,nothing sticks! I love it!

I’ve had this pan about 4 months now & while washing it tonight, I noticed the non stick stone looking coating started to peel. I’ve had 2 of the big pans for about a year now & a smaller one I bought at the same time as this one & no issues. The ones I have with no issues have the same stone bottom as the rest of the pan. This pan has a metal bottom. Not sure if that makes any sort of difference, but I just threw this pan out as I don’t want to consume peelings.
This pan is the best I’ve ever owned. Nothing sticks to it, so easy to cook and cleanup.
Heats evenly, nice size pan for cooking eggs and sausage for breakfast, easy to clean
I bought but don't use it yet. I hope it will good as I expected.
