If you don't know, you can't buy additional mop heads (yet). Possibility in the future? I'm sure. However, you save money by washing the mop head with hot HOT water and bleach. And letting it air dry! DO NOT put it in the dryer! The use of this mop is simple. There is a lock at the end of the mop on the stick near the mop head, can't miss it, it's a white tab switch looking thing. You unlock it and can spin it (to which I've had absolutely NO problems with) and push the handle down to spin. It both spins in the water and the dehydrator basket to spin it from water. I even go as far as to play with my daughter with it in the basket by making it spin so fast, it sounds like a BIG fan. To be honest, I'm not sure why everyone is having such a hard time with this. It's not complicated at all. I feel as though people purchased this with the assumption that it was exactly like the O-cedar spin mop. IT IS NOT the same. I find this easier to work and I feel as though it cleans 100% better than like kind competitors in the spin mop category.
The worst thing I ever had for my house , the Mop is not good and giving me stress for something that I thought is going to work better for me but noooooo , never again

I bought this about year ago and I really like it. what I like about this is that the bucket is lighter than the other one I have. It's easy to assemble and does a great job cleaning. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that the handle is not strong enough, specially if you use it at least 3 time a week like me. To clean this I only put water and Clorox and leave it in the bucker for 10 minute and it's clean. I really recommend it.
Love the mop, however, can not find replacement mop heads. I’ve been trying to get a mop head that fits since purchasing. Store managers are of no assistance. Two have wondered out loud why a BB&B brand item doesn’t have replacement mop heads.
No instructions no demonstration video. This item is extremely frustrating to put together and to use. The description state there are wheels but there were no wheels in the box . I give tho product Zero stars for these reasons.
easy to use does a great job mopping up spills etc
My boyfriend ended up screaming at me in frustration as he tried to put this mop together. No directions and no videos online. I’ve had different brand spin mops in the past but this one is the worst ever. EVER. I will be returning tomorrow. So annoying.
I have owned spin mops and had high hopes but was very disappointed with this purchase. The mop is made very cheap and mop pole is very filmsy, Disappointed.
No instructions, no replacement head, not what I thought. I assumed it had the drain latch rushing to order. Not worth the money
BB&B had a great sale for Labor Day so purchased on a whim with my daughter’s encouragement. Have a giant dog that brings in a giant amount of dirt into the house so I’m always mopping. This is my first spin mop and I love it! No instructions come with the mop but through trial and error, my daughter figured out how to use it. The locking lever at the bottom of the handle, which allows you to size the handle up or down in length, is what allows mop to spin. Unlock this lever and push down on the handle to engage the spinning mechanism. It did a fantastic job on our floors and spinning it left just the right amount of moisture on the mop so we aren’t dealing with a huge puddle on the floor. Clean with hot water and detergent and air dry. I’m only giving 4 stars as replacement mop heads aren’t available and fingers crossed that they will be soon.
