Nice laundry sorter, but the individual compartment are very deep, which makes it difficult to get the clothes out if you are a shorter person. :-)

for as long as i live i will never purchase anything else from this brand. there’s absolutely no reason it should be this difficult to put this together. poorly made and it’s like the tools weren’t even made to go together. trash

For the price, the unit is sturdy enough, but the bags begin to rip after 2 months and now, at 5 months at least one of the bags is virtually unusable. I don't see that BBB sells replacement bags. What a waste of money!

Great laundry sorter to replace my older version I also got at BBB. I was able to assemble it quite easily, so I'm not sure what issues other customers are having. My only issue is that the lock levers on the wheels drag along the carpet. Wheels flow smoothly on hard surfaces, but the lock lever is so close to the bottom of the wheel that even on a very thin carpet there is extra drag.

Too difficult to put together

My grandson and I spent over an hour trying to put this cheap product together. We never did get it totally together. I am waiting to see if my husband can get the pieces together. If not, I will be returning this item. Do not purchase this product!

Bags ripped

We’ve had this product for a few months, but one month into using it- 2 of the bags ripped. I’m searching for replacement bags but do not see any? It’s very deep, so being 5’3” I can’t reach down into the cotton of the bag. Overall the product is fine. Just wish I could buy new bags.

I have been using this for a couple months and I can name you 4 different ways it has ripped or broken parts. Not well made at all and would recommend just buying something else
