It looks a little cheap because it is very thin plastic and lite weight

I purchased this online. I loved how it looked, and loved that It was plastic so it wouldn’t shatter if it falls. Also looks great in person . It doesn’t pump AT ALL. I tried soap and I tried water, nothing. I went in-person to exchange it 35 minute drive , and they had one more in stock. Took it home and this NEW ONE ALSO DOES NOT WORK. Very disappointed in how much I’ve been inconvenienced .

I like the look, but this was a total waste of money because it won't pump the soap. Of course I didn't know this until after I took off the tags and filled it with soap!

I ordered the soap dispenser during the sale. It’s not worth it. It looks nice but it does not pump the soap out. I’ve tried multiple kinds of soap and it still doesn’t work. Just wasted a bunch of good hand soap. I do not recommend buying this because it’s too much of a mess to even return now. And I have two of them and neither works. DO NOT PURCHASE! That’s what I had to switch back to.

We love this pump! It pumps just the right amount of soap to get hands clean and is super easy to fill. The price is right but, I would have paid more for a glass container instead of plastic.
