Same problem as many other purchasers: I bought the pack of 2. Within weeks, the zipper pull and loop came off during the wash. I couldn't undo the zipper because it was inside out - have NO idea how that happened. I had to cut a slit in the bag to get my clothes out. Same thing just happened to the 2nd one. Guess I'll have to go to the Container Store?

These were wonderful lingerie bags years ago. Now they just fall apart after a few washes. Zippers come off and I can't even get my clothes out of them. Really wasting my time. I am saving them and taking all of them back to the store I deal with and seeing the manager. They need to find a better supplier. Whoever is the purchasing agent....have another look and find a different supplier who has a superior product....please.

I love using these Mesh Wash Bags. I use two bags for delicate underclothes, a bag for night caps, and other items. The elastic in my clothes do not get streched beyond wearable and tie-string belts due not come lose in the washing machine. Then I toss everything into the drying keeping it inside the mesh bags. Laundry comes out fresh and clean.

They are fantastic.

So I’ve used the bags twice now and one fell apart. After I put a delicate top in the bag to wash the zipper broke and the corresponding snap strap fell off! What a waste of my hard earned money!

I'm pleased I read the reviews. Many years ago I purchased the this type bag. It has lasted all these years. BUT; some time ago I bought 2 replacements. Just as the reviews stated, the zipper fell apart on both. The zipper is a cheap product. My current 'old' bags can't possibly last much longer. I was hopeful the quality had reversed back to the previous quality. No other bag compares to the previous construction. Please return to the solid construction bags. Not worth a star for the new construction

I like these, however I’ve had to stitch the zipper closures several times. The stitching comes undone. Great idea, but needs reenforcement.

After only a couple of uses, the zipper slid right off one of the bags. Bought a second set hoping that was a fluke. Nope. Within a year, the zipper came apart on one of the new ones and the remaining old one and cannot be put back together. What a waste of money! I know I should have brought the first set back and gotten a replacement, but BB&B is not exactly in my backyard and I don't store faulty products in my car just in case I end up near a BB&B.
