I have these rods and LOVED THEM, but the plastic pieces that go inside the metal ring (used to select the height you desire) have broken on 1 side while trying to change the height & now it keeps collapsing on 1 side. I cant seem to get my hands on some new ones, so the entire thing will be garbage without it.

Some of the pieces were not shaped well, making it difficult to fit the pieces together. I bought 3 of these "Double Hang Adjustable Closet Rods". After struggling to assemble the first unit, I decided to return the other 2.

Nice and convenient, especially for kids, when they cannot reach the high rod in the build in closet. It is very wiggly though, If you install it next to a wall, it will scratch the wall and bump into it.
