The quality on the shoe rack is very poor. I came home and all my shoes were on the floor. The plastic edges that holds it are all split. So I cannot even assemble it back together. I went to the store to see if they sell them separately but they don’t so this is a total waste of money. I am trying to buy them on Amazon but I do not know the size there is 13 MM or 16 MM can someone tell me the size please

Would not buy again. Perhaps for lightweight shoes like women's heels or flats, but not for men shoes.

Not sturdy enough to hold my shoes

As others said, the plastic connectors started cracking about a month in. It started leaning then eventually collapsed.

We like it, it fits under our clothes in the closet. Can be separated for extra fitting needs. Seems just a tad flimsy, but it should be fine

When I unboxed this shoe rack I was surprised at how huge it actually was. It was pretty easy to assemble, came with simple instructions. It was a decent buy at the time, but it only lasted maximum 6 months. I imagine it wouldn't have lasted half that if I had all the shelves filled, I only had 3 filled. If you're looking for something that's going to last you, look elsewhere.

I only had it for about 7 months before it broke. It seemed like an ok product for the price, but I woke up one morning to the whole thing fallen down, and broken. Most of the joints that hold it together are cracked, so it isn't even salvageable. I ordered it in September. It took me a couple of weeks to assemble it and finally use it. I guess I figured I could trust a product to last at least a year?

Simple and fairly decent shoe rack for a very reasonable price, but didn't last long at all because it's very cheaply made: Already broken, as of today, 03/21/22; purchased for our daughter as a gift in Oct '21; most of the joints/elbows that hold it together are all cracked/broken. Our daughter is heartbroken and really needs/wants a replacement, but unfortunately it's been over 90 days; however, I/we really think that BBB should still be able to at least consider replacing the shoe rack, as I/we expected it to last longer than this (at least 2-3 years). I/We are not expecting a refund: I/We would at least however like to have a replacement or maybe even a shoe rack that's of better quality/a shoe rack that's more durable.
