When I unboxed this shoe rack I was surprised at how huge it actually was. It was pretty easy to assemble, came with simple instructions. It was a decent buy at the time, but it only lasted maximum 6 months. I imagine it wouldn't have lasted half that if I had all the shelves filled, I only had 3 filled. If you're looking for something that's going to last you, look elsewhere.

Simple and fairly decent shoe rack for a very reasonable price, but didn't last long at all because it's very cheaply made: Already broken, as of today, 03/21/22; purchased for our daughter as a gift in Oct '21; most of the joints/elbows that hold it together are all cracked/broken. Our daughter is heartbroken and really needs/wants a replacement, but unfortunately it's been over 90 days; however, I/we really think that BBB should still be able to at least consider replacing the shoe rack, as I/we expected it to last longer than this (at least 2-3 years). I/We are not expecting a refund: I/We would at least however like to have a replacement or maybe even a shoe rack that's of better quality/a shoe rack that's more durable.

this shoe rack is nice and definitely holds a lot of shoes. you could probably get 24 pairs of shoes on it. it’s good quality and seems sturdy so far. one downside is that you can only put sneakers or sandals on the rack because any shoe that goes higher than your ankle will not fit in between the rows as they are too tall so if you have boots or heels you’ll only be able to put them on the very top row. the other downside is that this shoe rack is incredibly difficult to put together and there is no way i would’ve been able to put it together without someone helping me.

This really didn't hold up. I think maybe the cat jumped on it and now it's completely broken. I wanted an inexpensive rack but now it is just falling apart. If you don't put a lot of stress - of a large cat - on it, it would be okay. But anything beyond that just won't hold up.

This shoe rack holds all my mom's shoes and fits perfectly in the spot in her small apartment. Exactly what she needed to get her place organized.

A little flimsy, but it does the job.

I loved the rack until i noticed it was leaning slightly and when i tried to fix it, all the plastic pieces holding the bars together, broke. i’m debating buying another because i can’t find one big enough to hold all my shoes. just be cautious of how many pairs of shoes you put on it.
