Brought it home and will be exchanging or returning. Bought these as emergency candles. Won’t be able to see anything with it on. The wick is not where the light comes from. The light is inside the candle about an inch under the wick so it lights from within and does not produce sufficient light for even ambient lighting.

I bought these to mix with other short pillar candles that I purchased from Bed, Bath & Beyond. Love them because they seem to flicker like real candles, can be on a timer , are safe and so easy to use.

Ordered these candles for large lanterns to decorate our sweetheart table for our wedding. Candles were easy to set up and even have a timer setting. The light was a nice soft color, not too bright and looked great in our photos. Recommend!
