If the water at ALL is over the SMALL cubes the whole thing freezes in a sheet of ice. A BIG wastrwe of money!

DO NOT BUY THIS! I tried to get the first trey of ice out and the handle broke and sliced my hand deep. Run away from this crappy product. I tell you, their products are going downhill. not much lately that has been worth the money

1st time trying thenm broke the 1st tray they do not pop out easy at all . Can not twist them like regulatr trays wish I would've read the reviews before I purchased

Wow, I usually have nothing but good things to say about BBB, but these are awful. There is no obvious way to get the ice cubes out—and the usual “twist and pop “ method fails every time. Total waste, sorry to say.

LOVE this ice cube tray SIZE. Makes great size ice for those of us who habitually chew ice. I have now gone through about 8 of them. You have to be very gentle when getting the ice out. I have snapped one in half (and I am no hulk!) and the "handles" on the edge WILL snap off and cut you. However if you do manage to master the correct twisting pressure, the ice comes out easily and is perfectly sized for me. I tried to buy a new set but they were out. I went with the teeny tiny silicone ice, which is great, except getting them out is like birthing children, but 100 of them at a time. I wish these were more durable as they would be great. I don't think I will buy more of these as they are just to breakable.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing these. They have no give and broke the first time I tried using them. What a waste

This tray looks great. I bought two. The first time I used it I can’t get the cubes out. Twisting caused the right hand side to crack and I got about 10 cubes out of the tray by picking them out. Not sanitary. Bbb should stop selling these immediately to avoid other people being ripped off.
