I bought this product because the sleek looks but more importantly the design. I was never satisfied with previous hand pumps, as they always dripped or dispensed the soap erratically. The Simplehuman Pulse Pump works just as advertised and I am sure will give me many years of service.

The pump mechanism works very smoothly. I have the 10 oz pulse pump and it’s more than big enough for a bathroom soap dispenser

We love this company's products and actually bought several of these soap dispensers. One of the recent purchases is not working and will not pump soap.
The item has been letting water into the reservoir and diluting the contents. I contacted simplehuman customer care in November 2022 and still don't have the issue resolved.

Expensive for a soap holder but well worth the money I use mine for dish soap in kitchen and its so nice because it does not drip! Very light touch to dispense, and I absolutely love the black mat color; it matches my sink and faucet. Kudos to the company...

This is a sleek addition to my kitchen countertop. I like that is looks modern and does not require charging. It is easy to use with one hand and does not require charging.

Had to order 3 of them before I got one where the pump works properly. It either doesn’t prime or gets stuck every time you push it down! Obvious quality issues! They also sell the pump only, which are back-ordered…… that should tell you something!!
