Does not knead with any force. At best it will rotate across your skin like a lazy girlfriend who’s texting her side piece. Battery is trash and lasts 15 minutes of mediocre massage then takes 2 hours to charge. Will not massage while it’s plugged it. Lesson learned- more expensive isn’t better. 0/10 so NOT recommend.

The concept of this product is great - it feels like a real shoulder massage when it works. However, it simply stopped working after just a few months of use. We took good care of it, and it was never damaged or mistreated. Just one day when we turned it on, the lights come on but nothing happens. No movement, not even a sound like it’s trying to move. It must either be a short or a burned out motor. Very disappointed about how long this lasted, given how much we paid for it.

I just opened after three months. Out of box, this product is not functioning, I recharged it, still no luck. not sure where to get my money back

This item was made poorly.

Was not for me. I gave the product to my son. It was too big and bulky very heavy. It shows multiple positions however you could not manipulate it to fit those positions due to the design and sturdiness of it. I’m sure it is good as far as keeping it in a general position if you can handle the weight of it. I am a small framed person and could not keep it where it needed to be.

This was heavy and bulky and hard to get on areas of my upper back and shoulders. It was powerful but awkward. I was hoping it would help tension and tightness but I was too busy trying to move it around, hold it in place and relax at the same time. I returned this item

It took me a bit to remember that it is supposed to fit on the neck with the long curve down..... It's a bit of a hassle to work with positioning it on the neck and shoulders. Overall, it does relieve the tightness and tension in the neck and between the neck and shoulders. When I first used it I had bruises between base of neck and shoulders. Again, it does relieve the tensions and tightness in neck/upper middle shoulders.
