Sauder® Barrister Lane 2-Drawer Executive Computer Desk in Brown Oak

I bought this Executive desk, thinking will be a better addition to my WFH office, and although it shipped on time, opening the packages noted the board has some defects on the corners (and is not flat as it should be expected, see pictures), from fabric, which diminishes the quality of a desk, I don't understand why they sell this product defective without quality control? after assembling it, it looks horrible and besides, the top drawer to the right doesn't really close to the end and because the height of the front panel is 4 2/8in while the box or entrance is 4 1/8in height. Therefore, the drawer remains like it's open (see pictures). Too bad, I would rather return this or ask for a replacement, but I need it urgently, and since I assembled it but doesn't mean I am satisfied or that I like it. Hence my one-star rating. Is really annoying buying one piece of furniture online to assembly it and that has not have had quality control, otherwise, they would not sell a board or top with such defects. Still need to know who to contact to complain about the issues with this furniture, the option return just like that doesn't work, I need the desk replaced or exchanged for a better one.
