Very good product. I have always been a Samsonite customer for 30 years now.

I purchased this item based on the company's reputation and not on any serious research on my part. I finally had an opportunity to use the luggage and am very pleased with it.

Love my new luggage! First time I owned a hard shell carry-on and it is so light and easy to handle!

Great size and design and lightweight. Highly recommend.

Only had one trip and already a broken wheel. Disappointing!

I wouldn’t advise buying this luggage because even without any items inside, it’s already heavy. You’ll easily end up going overweight.

Great size (a little more generous than the usual mid-sized bag) and convenient shape.

I tested it before gifting it to a dear friend. Rollers seemed smooth on carpets and wood floors, expandable and delivered to my door by Door Dash in about 3 hours a day before 12/24. Added a pic of the funky lock instructions. Use a small screw driver where it says “tool”
