My first Rowenta travel iron worked flawlessly for ten years before failing to heat to a useful temperature. The new one snaps shut on my hand with only mild pressure being applied to fabric. What a huge disappointment.

I love this iron, it hits up very fast and works great for all my small sewing and craft projects. This is replacing another iron not Rowenta that had just died and now I am so happy with this one I am glad my old one broke

This little iron is so convenient to use for embroidery and quilting tasks! I love my very large pro Rowena, but the little iron saves lots of time and steps for on site pressing!

The iron is not consistent with its steam. This is our third set of 2 irons (we both quilt). . After a while, they just quit steaming and we have to replace them. There is no way to de-calcify them,

I wanted a travel size iron to take to quilt retreats. This small iron is perfect! Heats up very well.

I have not used my Rowenta First Class Travel Iron very much, maybe 5 times at most.The handle no longer stays up. I just read another disappointed customer's review with the same issue. It is basically impossible to use the iron and I do not need a steamer. I cannot recommend this product.

I bought this a couple months ago and I was very happy with it until the handle broke and I burned myself pretty badly.

I only have the iron a few months and the handle is already broken. I am a quilter and use it for piecing, I went to press a smalll seam and the handle broke. I had used it on 3 quilts with no problem. Spoke to other quilters and they all had the same experience. One woman actually replaced her iron multiple times due to the same problem and will never purchase another again. I do not use steam and the plate is already pitted. Too bad it was a good little iron otherwise.
