I've been looking for a steamer to clean a shower stall and window/patio door tracks. Not impressed with this one. Takes considerably longer to heat up than the 30 seconds they brag about. The light, that is supposed to be steady when the steamer is ready, is a circle with some slashes where only 3 are steady, some grayed out, and some light red. It gives a lot of steam that doesn't clean anything. For this price, I expected more. Very disappointed!

Simple, easy yo use and very effective. Cleaned years worth of grime out of my tile grout.

I use it to clean just about everything, surfaces, showers and grout. It did a wonderful job! I love all the attachments to clean the grout. Best product.

Easy to use with a really long cord. Great for quick steam cleaning like sinks, tubs and toilets.

Ordered online and device did not work. Called the help line and the suggestion didn't work. While I was able to return to the store I was not able to get a replacement. One fownside of online ordering I don’t like.

I kind of surprised it’s not more powerful the steamer leaves a lot to be desired because you have to put a lot more elbow grease to get the result you want

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I'm happy to report that it works great! Did a lovely job cleaning up stained grout in my shower and was easy to use and quick to heat up. Please be mindful that you are using an electric product — I had to stop myself from turning on the shower to rinse away dirty water a couple times. Look forward to using this on the grill this summer. The 200CS will likely replace a bulkier model (from a different company) in our household.
