I purchased these champagne glasses for my daughter’s wedding. First of all, the presentation is awful! I expected a nicer box for champagne glasses. Although the engraving was done well, the champagne glasses are way too tall and heavy. They are not what I expected. I am disappointed I had them engraved. If not, I would be returning them to the store. I am very disappointed in these champagne glasses!

Registry gift and they loved it

I received the champagne flutes I originally ordered in just a few days and was thrilled to get them in time for the event I was attending. One of the flutes came chipped. I immediately called and was told that they would send me another set. I was sad that I wouldn't have for the party but I felt good knowing they would be on their way soon. It's been 10 days and I am still waiting. Can anyone help?

I’m so disappointed! I wanted these for my daughters wedding. The box was the first disappointment. They should have been in a gift box. They glasses are prettier and more delicate looking in person. They are too heavy and much too tall.

After ordering a 2nd time, 1st time arrived broken, the writing was messed up on one of the glasses. Now I’ve ordered a 3rd time.

Very nice glasses with the etching done nicely. Good weight and are pretty tall glasses, great for the bride and groom table

I want to buy 6 of these glasses for the holidays. There is no way to purchase them without adding personalization. It doesn't bother me that the price would be the same for not having it personalized. The option should be there to add to cart without personalization. I have chatted with Bed Bath and Beyond, I have called their helpline. There is nothing that they can do. This feels ridiculous to me I just want to buy 3 sets of these glasses.
