[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical about the Philips Sonicare DailyClean 1100 Power Toothbrush because I received it for free as part of a product test, boy was I totally wrong. After using the toothbrush for the first time I was immediately sold. The toothbrush is lightweight and easy to use. The charger is small and doesn’t take up much room unlike a lot of power toothbrushes. The fact that you do not have to charge daily or even weekly is great for those of us with limited time. You charge it every two weeks. The bristles are gentle on my teeth and gums, plaque floats away and the 2-minute shut off with 30 second pauses takes the guess work out of how long you are brushing your teeth. My teeth not only looked fantastic, but they felt great – as clean as you get in a Dental Hygienist chair.

You have our attention now though and we would like to see if there is anything we can do improve your experience with the toothbrush. It could be that the battery needs a full charge, which takes up to 24 hours to accomplish.. Be sure to use the original charger that came with your toothbrush. Some Philips Sonicare Toothbrushes come with different types of chargers and they are not interchangeable. Have you tried using a different socket as well? Another possible cause of the issue could be a worn out brush head. Older brush heads can seem less effective or powerful while brushing. We recommend you to replace your brush head after 3 months of use. If you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch via social media. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sonic2100 brush is easy to replace. The brush itself is easy to hold and manuever around the gum line for both upper and lower guns. It's not to hard or soft for both the guns and teeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush doesn’t have much umph as previous sonicare toothbrushes that I’ve had. It’s a lighter vibration so I feel like I need to push more on my teeth when brushing. I like the larger handle but wish it had a stronger clean.

Your toothbrush comes with the EasyStart activated The EasyStart feature gently increases power over the first 14 brushings to help you get used to brushing with this type of toothbrush. Place the handle in the plugged-in charger. Then, press and hold the power on/off button for 2 seconds. You hear 1 beep and the battery level indicator lights up yellow to indicate that the EasyStart feature has been deactivated. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stepped away from the Sonic to try a different approach. After a couple of weeks with the Oral B brush, I quickly discarded it and returned to the Philips product. Now I wonder why I ever doubted the Sonic toothbrush!

After purchasing and using it for 6 months, all of us found that our dentist visits required less plaque removal which made the hygienist very happy. Since our family had such great results with teeth and gum health, we bought them for grandparents for Christmas.
