[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had a 9-level back d fusion and needed to get a mechanical dry shaving unit. I spent several days researching all the options and decided on the Phillips Norelco 9000 series. I've been extremely impressed with how well this unit shaves. It gives a very close shave and very quickly. It's easy to clean but I bought the Smart clean system, and it keeps the shaver prestine. The shaver is also very silent.

This razor is very poor quality. The orange rings will not stay locked and the replacement rings are worse. Do not buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Norelco. The blades on this high-end shaver are superior to the lower cost options. The three speeds are a great added benefit and provides a smooth shave. This model can tackle three-days of growth without any problem. My only negative remark is that the shaving head did not come with a plastic cover and is offered as an option to purchase. When paying premium dollars for a shaver, the basic protective cover should be included.
