This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband. Upon asking if he used it he has and is very satisfied. He says now he can properly do his eye brows. He also did his ears and nose hair and likes how it worked. He is very satisfied with the trimmer. He has thrown out the old one.

It was fine before! Did the job well and then someone over there thought they needed to justify their job and came up with an “update”. A “fresher” version. Whatever. It now not only doesn’t do what it did so easily before, it doesn’t do anything. Why? Why did it need to change? Just leave it alone and work on a dentist drill that doesn’t make that high pitched whiny sound.

After years of using my NT3000, I though it was time for a new one. The new product 3650 doesn't preform nearly as well as the old one. The comb teeth are to long and I'm back to using my old one. I am considering trying to file down the length of the teeth.

Got this to replace the Wahl nosetrimmer I'd been using for a while. Was excited to try this because it seemed a lot higher quality. While the construction and material are good, the actual nose trimming ability is awful. Brand new, straight out of the box first use and it pulled my nose hair so bad I had to stop. Don't waste your money on this product. Buy the Wahl at the same pricepoint instead.

I bought this trimmer to replace the single bladed model which worked very well to trim nose hair as well as eyebrows. This new model seems to be ok when doing the nose but is totally useless when doing the eyebrows. No matter which eyebrow attachment I use it's almost impossible to trim the hair whether going with or against the direction of the hair growth. Bring back the old model!

Comb your eyebrows in the direction of hair growth. 2. Make sure the appliance is switched off. Slide the eyebrow comb onto the trimming head. The short eyebrow comb trims the hairs to a length of 3 mm (1/8 in). The long eyebrow comb trims the hairs to a length of 5 mm (13/64 in). (Make sure the comb slides into the grooves on both sides of the trimmer.) 3. Switch on the appliance. 4. Move the comb over the eyebrow from the outer tip of the eyebrow towards the base of the nose (against the direction of hair growth). 5. Clean thoroughly after each use.
